Online Ordering
We take payment for books via Paypal, which is a secure method of payment.
Dispatch of Goods
Books will be posted via Royal Mail, second class and should be received within 5 days of ordering. If you have not received your books within 7 days, please contact us via email so we can investigate. If an item has disappeared within the postal system, we will replace it and claim compensation from the Royal Mail but this may take additional time.
Returns/Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days of ordering. You can return unsatisfactory items at your own cost for a refund or different item as long as the unwanted books are returned to us in the same condition as when they were received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Availability
We endeavour to keep the list of available titles up to date. Should we be unable to supply any item within the normal 5 days we will contact you as soon as possible and refund your payment if necessary.
